Effective July 29, 2026

Our commitment

Harvey Castro, MD MBA operates the InPsychNow™ platform and is committed to making it usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. Ongoing work and known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some areas are still being improved, including the interactive Purpose Map on the Safari browser. We prioritize fixes based on user impact and welcome your feedback.

Giving feedback and requesting help

If you encounter a barrier, need content in an alternative format, or have a suggestion, please contact us and we will do our best to help. We aim to respond within five business days.

Assessment approach

We evaluate accessibility using a combination of automated tools (such as axe and Lighthouse) and manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen readers. We plan to review accessibility at least annually and when we ship significant changes.

This statement reflects our good-faith commitment and current status; it is not a warranty that every page is free of every barrier at all times.
