Trust and accountability
AI Transparency Center
InPsychNow uses AI to support reflection, learning, communication, and general wellness. AI does not make decisions for you and does not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or employment professionals.
How processing works
Requests are sent to InPsychNow-controlled local AI systems first. If those systems are unavailable, a contracted cloud provider may be used. Before cloud processing, common direct identifiers and secrets are automatically minimized or redacted where feasible. A provider may still receive the information needed to answer the request, so do not enter information you do not have permission to use.
How the AI is intentionally guided
InPsychNow intentionally steers its AI toward supportive education, self-reflection, communication, and general wellness. System instructions and safety checks steer responses away from diagnosis, treatment, cures, disease or health prediction, crisis counseling, employment decisions, protected-trait inference, and claims of scientific certainty for DISC, Type Lens, astrology, or Ba Zi. This safety steering can limit or redirect an answer. It preserves accuracy about what the service can and cannot do; it is not intended to conceal facts or manipulate a viewpoint.
