Bring practical guidance to people who are ready to use it.

Independent business. I offer services as an independent contractor/business and not as an InPsychNow employee, partner, agent, physician, therapist, or fiduciary.

Scope and accuracy. My profile, credentials, licenses, insurance, availability, prices, and service descriptions will be accurate. I will work only within my lawful competence and approved listing scope.

No prohibited claims. I will not diagnose or treat through a coaching or astrology listing, promise outcomes, misrepresent qualifications, discriminate, solicit emergency reliance, or present reflective guidance as medical, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Client relationship. I am responsible for service quality, preparation, professional boundaries, records I am legally required to keep, and all licenses and insurance required where I and the client are located.

Fees. Unless a separate written addendum applies, I authorize InPsychNow to collect the client payment, retain a 30% platform fee, and direct the remaining 70% to my connected Stripe account, subject to processing fees, refunds, disputes, reserves, adjustments, and applicable law.

Refunds and disputes. I will cooperate promptly with refund and dispute requests. Amounts attributable to my share may be reversed or offset where a session is cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or not delivered.

Taxes. I am responsible for my income, sales, GST/HST, payroll, registration, reporting, and other tax obligations. Stripe may collect tax information and issue or support applicable forms. InPsychNow does not provide tax advice.

Privacy and safety. I will use client information only to deliver the booked service, protect it appropriately, avoid recording without explicit consent, and report safety or platform concerns through the designated support process.

Meetings and cancellation. I will provide a unique approved meeting link promptly, attend on time, follow the published cancellation policy, and keep my availability current.

Platform control. InPsychNow may verify claims, request documentation, pause or remove listings, withhold or reverse transfers as allowed by the payment terms, and change future marketplace terms with notice. Approval is discretionary.

Electronic signature. Typing my legal name and selecting acceptance is my electronic signature to version 2026-07-30-v1. The final activated relationship also incorporates the then-current Terms, Privacy Policy, cancellation policy, Stripe Connected Account Agreement, and any country-specific addendum.
