Terms of Service

Effective June 24, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the InPsychNow™ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InPsychNow™ is a personal productivity platform that uses your DISC profile, purpose data, and planetary ephemeris to surface operating-mode recommendations. The Service is provided by Harvey Castro, MD MBA ("we," "us," or "our").

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at legal@harveycastromd.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Founder Lifetime seat is a one-time purchase at a fixed price with no recurring fees. Seat count is capped and may close at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

6. Intellectual Property

InPsychNow™ is built on Cadence Method™ technology. InPsychNow™, Cadence Method™, Cadence Timing™, Purpose Prism™, Self-Lens™, Operating Vitals™, Deep Discovery™, and associated features are trademarks of Harvey Castro, MD MBA. Certain methods and systems embodied in this Service are subject to patent applications currently pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Patent Pending). Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our trademarks or patented technology.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OPERATING-MODE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FOR PRODUCTIVITY GUIDANCE ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, FINANCIAL, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion, except where longer retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
