InPsychNow Support
Real help from the person who built this. I read every message.
Contact
The fastest way to reach me is email:
I respond within 2 business days. If something you paid for is blocking you, put that in the subject line and I will move it to the front of the line. For accessibility barriers, I respond within 5 business days per our Accessibility Statement.
InPsychNow is founded and run by Harvey Castro, MD MBA. Support is handled by a real person, not a ticket queue that goes nowhere.
Before you email, try this
Most issues clear up with two quick steps:
- Refresh the page, or sign out and back in. This resolves most display and sync problems.
- Update your browser to the current version, and confirm you are on a supported browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox).
If that does not fix it, the answers below cover the questions I hear most. Anything not answered here, email me.
Common questions
What is InPsychNow?
InPsychNow is a personal decision intelligence platform. It combines a DISC-based assessment with daily timing guidance and relationship tools so you can understand how you work, connect with others, and make decisions with more intention. Optional layers add deeper self-reflection features for people who want them.
How do I take or retake my assessment?
Sign in, open your dashboard, and select the assessment you want to start. You can retake an assessment at any time from the same place. Your most recent result becomes your active profile, and earlier results stay in your history so you can compare over time.
I did not get my sign-in or verification email
Check your spam or promotions folder first, and search your inbox for inpsychnow.com. Delivery can take a few minutes. If nothing arrives:
- Confirm you used the same email address you signed up with.
- Request the email one more time from the sign-in screen.
- Add support@inpsychnow.com to your contacts, then try again.
Still nothing? Email me the address you are trying to use and I will sort it out manually.
I cannot sign in or reset my password
Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen and follow the email it sends. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same button to sign back in rather than a password. If you are stuck in a loop, clear your browser cache for the site or try a private or incognito window, which rules out a stale saved session. If it still will not let you in, email me and I will verify your account from my side.
My results or profile did not save
This is almost always a connection hiccup mid-session. Refresh the page and check your dashboard, since the result is often saved even when the confirmation screen did not load. If it is genuinely missing, email me the date and time you completed it and the assessment name, and I will recover it from your account history.
Billing, subscriptions, and refunds
Payments run through Stripe, so your card details are never stored on our servers. You can view or cancel your subscription from your account settings. For refund questions, see our Refund Policy, or email me with the email address on your account and I will look into it directly. I do not need your card number, and you should never send it.
How is my data used and stored?
Your assessment answers and profile are yours. I use them to generate your results and personalize your experience, and I do not sell your personal data. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you have a specific question about your data, email me and I will answer plainly.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Email support@inpsychnow.com from the address on your account with the subject line Delete my account. I will confirm, then permanently remove your account and personal data. If you want a copy of your data before it is deleted, ask in the same email and I will send it to you first.
Using the InPsychNow browser extension
The extension connects to your InPsychNow account, so sign in to the web app first if a feature looks empty. If the extension stops responding, the reliable reset is to remove it and reinstall it from the Chrome Web Store, then sign in again.
To remove it in Chrome, open chrome://extensions, find InPsychNow, and select Remove. Your account and data stay intact on the web app after you uninstall the extension.
What is peer input, and what happens to what people write?
Peer input is a short read of you from someone who knows how you work. You send them a link, they pick the words that describe how you come across and answer three quick questions, and they never need an account. It takes them about two minutes.
It matters because every other part of your profile is you describing yourself. Peer input is the only outside view in the system, so it is the one thing that can show where how you see yourself and how you land on other people differ. That gap is usually where the most useful guidance comes from.
- You see each read in full, including who wrote it. Your AI does not: it receives an aggregated, anonymized summary with no names attached.
- Peer answers are never quoted back to you word for word, and are never shared outside your account.
- Aim for three to five people. That is where a pattern separates from one person's opinion. There is no limit on how many can answer.
- You can remove any read, and turn the link off, at any time. Links also stop working on their own after 90 days.
Which browsers and devices are supported?
InPsychNow runs on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, on desktop and mobile. For the best experience, keep your browser updated. If a specific feature is not working on your setup, tell me the browser, version, and device and I will reproduce it.
Report a bug or request a feature
I build InPsychNow based on what real users run into. When something breaks or you wish it did something it does not, tell me. The more detail, the faster I can fix it.
Helpful things to include:
- The page you were on and what you were trying to do
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Your browser and device, and a screenshot if you have one
Accessibility
I want everyone to be able to use InPsychNow. If you hit a barrier anywhere in the app, email support@inpsychnow.com with the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, if any. Reports get tracked and fixed. More detail is in our Accessibility Statement.
