Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page; your access continues through the end of the paid period, and you will not be charged again.

Free Trial

Paid plans include a free trial period where indicated at checkout. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Founder Lifetime Seat

The Founder Lifetime seat is a one-time purchase at a fixed price with no recurring fees. Founder seats are non-refundable except as required by law. Seat count is capped and may close at any time.

Founder Lifetime Access includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from date of purchase. Contact support@inpsychnow.com within 30 days for a full refund.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at legal@inpsychnow.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct verified errors promptly.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you hold under the laws of your jurisdiction.
